These Terms govern the use of the WoW-163 website and game server. By registering on the server, you agree to the rules outlined below.

1. General Provisions
• WoW-163 is a private gaming project and is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.
• Gameplay on the server is provided “as is” without any guarantees.
• The administration reserves the right to change the rules, game balance, and mechanics without prior notice.

2. Registration and Account
• A single user may own multiple game accounts, but transferring them to third parties is prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• The administration does not restore stolen or lost accounts if they were shared with third parties.

3. Prohibited Actions

The following are prohibited on the server:
• Using cheats, bots, bugs, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Selling accounts, in-game items, or services for real money.
• Insults, threats, and discrimination against other players.
• Advertising, spam, or spreading false information.
• Any attempts to harm the server (DDoS attacks, hacking, exploiting vulnerabilities).

4. Payments and In-Game Services
• All transactions are voluntary.
• Funds deposited by WoW-163 players into their personal account balance on the website are used for the development and improvement of the project. In return, players receive digital currency that can be used to purchase various virtual services and items directly related to the game.
• Paid services do not give the right to request a refund if an account is blocked for violating the rules.
• The administration reserves the right to change the cost and composition of paid services.

5. Administration Liability
• The administration is not responsible for technical failures, temporary server downtime, or data loss due to force majeure.
• Decisions made by the administration on gameplay matters are final and not subject to dispute.

6. Violations of the Terms
• Users who violate the rules may receive a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account ban.

7. Changes to the Terms of Service
• The administration reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

8. Refund Policy
• You agree that after successfully making a payment, you will not file disputes or claims with payment providers.
• Refunds are only issued to the payment method used for the transaction (bank card or e-wallet).
• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order/balance top-up.
• Accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity may be blocked.
• Refunds can be requested by contacting the website support team.
• Refunds are issued to the payment system chosen by the user.
• We are not responsible for fees charged by payment providers, but users are notified of potential fees when withdrawing funds from their account.
